I get you. I spent years taking care of everyone around me, and found my sense of self-worth in taking care of others...
I loved being a mother and running the household – but I always made everyone else’s priorities my own. I could never pursue my own passions without feeling selfish.
In homemaker mode for years, I drifted away from who I was as an individual. I willingly made sacrifices when my family was young and needed me for everything. But they needed me less as they got older... and I didn’t feel valued or important anymore.
After years of doing what I thought I was supposed to do, I felt old, unattractive, and lacked confidence. I kept telling myself I was “fine” and that “one day” I would get to do something for myself – but I could never show how exhausted, anxious, out of shape, and sleep-deprived I was.
Then I discovered a way to build myself up so that I could support others without feeling exhausted all the time. Instead of pouring from an empty cup, I learned how to fill my own cup so that I could be a better role model, mom, and entrepreneur. I began to help others set boundaries and cultivate more independence.
I’m now a fitter, more focused, and more connected version of myself. I’m earning more money, doing something I love. I’m able to achieve and receive more in work and life – without sacrificing my own needs, or having my family feel that they’ve been abandoned.

Is this for single women, too? What if I don’t have kids?
You don’t have to be married, and you don’t have to have kids. The Claiming More Group is for you if you’re looking to level up at whatever stage you’re at, and find greater meaning and satisfaction in your day-to-day life. I’ll help you get focused on making conscious choices and getting you closer to your current goals.
I have a really busy schedule and I don’t have a lot of free time.
Great – this program is designed to give you a strong dose of self-knowledge and cut the learning curve on living your best life. That said, if you want things to change then you have to do things differently, and that means showing up for both face-to-face calls each week. The rest of the time, you have “anytime” access to me through Marco Polo. (An important question here is, are you busy only doing things for other people? Do you deserve to reserve an hour a week just for yourself?)
If my family life is good and my work life is good, why do I need you?
On the surface, most people would rate their family life and work life a solid 7-8 out of 10. But when I ask them to rate themselves on fun, recreation, fitness, creativity, and spiritual life… most give themselves a 5 or less. Ask yourself this: if your whole life is about providing for everyone except yourself… how sustainable is that? Do you really want a life where you always come last? You can’t pour from an empty cup. This program teaches you to fill up your own cup so that you can pour into others.
What if I don’t like you?
Check out my Instagram (the videos especially) and decide for yourself. I’m not for everyone. I’m all about having quality conversations and digging deep. I truly believe that when live in a calm and confident space, then our creativity and ability to serve others goes through the roof, without taking away from ourselves. If you’re open to learning powerful tools that will help you understand your mind and feelings and connect with your inner guide, then I’m your coach.
Is this about “finding myself?”
I don’t think anyone is every truly lost – but many of us do feel that way from time to time. If you’ve lost sight of what’s important to you, I can help you get clear and moving forward again. If you have a good handle on who you are, then great – but do you want to stay there, or do you want to get to the next level of awareness and meaning in your life?
Is this some sensitive new age BS? Are we going to hold hands and sing kumbaya?
Maybe! LOL Seriously though, everything I teach is backed by research. I will help you create order in your mind, so you should at least be open to mindfulness practices such as meditation and visualization, even if you’ve never done them before.
What are you going to show me that I can’t find for free online?
As a former wellness journalist, and a yoga and meditation teacher with over 2,500 hours teaching experience, I have had a lot of mentors, read a lot of books and have applied what I teach to my own life, still. As a trained adult educator and yoga teacher trainer, I have saved you a tonne of time and research by putting this course together. And yes, you can do this on your own – if you want no support and no accountability, and the changes will come slowly, if at all. But if you’re committed to personal growth, then you need a coach and a community to keep you on track. This investment in yourself will pay dividends for the rest of your life.
You’re promising a lot in 12 weeks. Is this worth it? How quickly will I get results?
Your results are based on your level of desire and how much action you take. If you’re highly motivated to learn and grow, and you’re willing to do the inner work, you will be transformed by our time together.
I’m going through some major sh&t right now. What if I need more support than two meetings a week?
I’m not a licensed therapist, so if you’re going through a serious mental health issue like addiction, trauma, or divorce, please seek qualified professional help. But I can help you deal with the stresses and overwhelm of everyday life. In addition to our twice-weekly calls, you’ll also have anytime access to me and the others in the group through Facebook and Marco Polo. You can ask questions, get support, and reach out when you’re stuck. If you want more structured time with me, we can also add on some private coaching hours.
What if my partner isn’t supportive?
If you believe you are worthy of experiencing more clarity, ease, and confidence in your day-to-day life, then it shouldn’t matter what anyone else thinks. This program is designed to help you create a better understanding of yourself; and may reveal how you have played the blame game in the past, and encourages you to take responsibility for your own happiness. It is my sincere hope that all of your relationships improve as you learn to set gentle boundaries and show yourself respect.
I have friends, why do I need a mastermind group?
A mastermind group should have a purpose; a circle of friends doesn’t necessarily. The purpose of our time together is to develop awareness and cultivate dignity. You will enjoy spending time with like-minded individuals on a similar, but different journey. It will feel good to share the pearls of wisdom you have gathered in your lifetime, but also to lean on others for support in a safe forum for discussion and exploration.
How will this help me feel better?
First, I’ll help you create order in your mind by identifying the thinking that keeps your mental wheels spinning, and this should help you feel less exhausted and overwhelmed. Then I’ll help you identify one key area that needs to change, usually a deep-set limiting belief, and this awareness in itself while initially scary, will be ultimately liberating. This is how you’ll get better at setting boundaries and carving out time for personal satisfaction, fun, creativity, money-making, and joy for yourself.
What if I can’t complete the program?
I don’t offer refunds, and payment must still be made in full. I do understand that life happens sometimes, and despite our best intentions, plans change. If there’s a legitimate reason that you have to drop out of the program, you are invited to join the next one I offer. Bottom line: this program is for those who have made an informed decision and a commitment to stepping out of their comfort zone. You won’t experience the results you want if you don’t complete the work.
